Transcom WorldWide signed a syndicated credit agreement with ING, Nordea and SEB to implement a €90 million ($99.1 million) multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility has a duration of three years with an option to extend for one year.
The purpose of the new agreement is to refinance the existing facility, which was due to expire in January 2017.
Transcom WorldWide is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and collections services through a network of contact centers and work-at-home agents.
